The crew that came to deliver and install the washing machine was great. They unpacked, moved the washing machine and installed within 15 minutes. They made sure there were no leaks before leaving. Everything was professional and they made sure not to damage anything as they moved the machine. Installing a washing machine is easy in itself but not worrying about having to move the machine yourself, i would gladly pay for that convenience.

The installation team was very fast and they knew everything. Installation was done less than 30 minutes; unbelievable they were so fast and knew their job well. Satisfactory job done by the installers. We are very happy with the Best Buy products and their team!!

Installation was great! The crew came and set up the washer in 20 minutes. Very professional and had no problems with washer after set up.

The installers were amazing. They were fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. They stopped after removing the old washer to let us clean the area before they put the new one in. The only drawback was Best Buy site said it could be delivered and installed several days earlier than it would allow me to schedule. Then it gave me a delivery time that was practically all day. The delivery window narrowed the night before but still provided a larger window of time preventing us from doing anything else that day.

The installation was completed in less than a half hour. They unbox ed the new machine, removed the old and installed the new flawlessly. They're a good team! A test run was completed and they left the manuals nearby for my convenience. My only woe is the small trail of water left behind by the old washer and I'm glad our washroom is actually the garage.

he installation process for my Insignia 4.1 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer was quick and stress-free. The Best Buy team arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and had the washer set up and ready to go in under 30 minutes. They made sure it was level, tested it to confirm it worked, and even walked me through how to use the basic settings. I appreciated that they took the time to double-check for leaks and remove all the packaging materials.

My wife and I had a washing machine installed and overall we are completely satisfied with how quickly and professionally it was done. However, the first time the BestBuy staff came to us with a new washing machine, they unloaded it into our apartment and did not disconnect the previous washing machine (although they obviously knew how to do this, and the installation service had been paid for by me in advance). The second time came a team that really knew their business, and they carefully connected everything, did not overstretch the hoses anywhere, and at the same time tightened a clamp drain hose to the water hose, so that the drain hose did not dangle in the wide pipe in which it is led out.

The installation was quick and the laborers were both extremely friendly. I was informed about do's and don'ts of my new appliance including maintenance, how to clean it, and how to get the most out of it. They fully installed everything as expected without a fuss. They were in and out in maybe 40 min max after installing 3 major appliances. They even had to remove the front door to get the appliances in the house, but did so with ease, then making sure everything was lined up and attached back to it's original position. Nothing was damaged or scratched in the process. I will 100% recommend the installation to everyone.

I made an appointment and bestbuy showed up on time. I found multiple reminders, updates throughout the process. The installation was done very cleanly and without any much noise. The appliances were delivered in good shape with no visible damage. Both of y washer and dryer working as good as possibly can. Thank you best buy :) Be careful with the appointment, due to unforeseen issues, it may get canceled and need rescheduling. It adds frustration to the customer, but please do know that it is not by choice. There are supply, labour and transportation challenges and we can't know everything in advance.

Gentlemen were friendly and quick did a great job!

I ordered a new washer and dryer in late September that I was so excited about, however it's been a huge ordeal to get them delivered (mostly due to the local 3rd party delivery partner). After many phone calls last week, I thought everything was rescheduled for today but unfortunately I received a call from Geek Squad Tech that he would be coming today but that he was only bringing the connections.... which he also found odd. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. So I spent more time on the phone this morning trying to figure out when my appliances would be delivered and installed. Mind you, I had just come back from out of town, my A/C unit had gone out so I was also dealing with that, I have a full time job, three kids and don't have the type of vehicle or manpower to go pick up the appliances myself, let alone get them in place and installed. Joel called me back and this is where the tides turned and he absolutely rocked the customer service part of his job. In short, Joel took the initiative, contacted his manager and found a way to rearrange his schedule. He delivered my washer and dryer today at 4:10 after he was done with his other deliveries even though it wasn't on the schedule. He was able to get my washer connected and now I just need someone to come connect the dryer because it's gas. Joel doesn't know me and didn't have to do what he did today, he could've just dropped off the connections like his job required but instead he went above and beyond. I'm sure this made his day a little longer. He made multiple phone calls to figure out how he could help me, even finding out who I should contact about installing the dryer since he's not allowed to install it himself (I'm 100% sure he would have if he could have). I'm not sure he or anyone reading this will understand how much of a burden was lifted off my shoulders by him taking the initiative. If he hadn't helped me, I would probably still be making phone calls to get it all figured out. Joel has a proven track record at this point as this is the second delivery and installation that Joel has done for me and come up with a solution so that he could do the best job possible. A few weeks ago I purchased a new fridge. We realized mid-install that I hadn't placed my order correctly for the water dispenser/ice-maker connection so he and his teammate found a kit in the truck and were able to get everything set up. Not only is he a problem solver but he's friendly and efficient. Joel, from the Brownsville Texas store/Geek Squad, is the kind of employee that will keep your customers loyal so I really hope he gets the recognition and compensation that he deserves for his efforts. He sure makes Best Buy look good!

I'm especially grateful this time; the first washer delivery arrived very late at night, and they called me shortly before the arrival to make sure if I still wanted it at such a late time, which was after 9 pm. I said yes, and they came over shortly. Upon unloading, they found a dent on the side of the washer and set me up for a replacement. The two personnel were very friendly and really quick to set up the washer and dryer in my small laundry room. The replacement had been scheduled for the following week, and another pair of personnel came over to take care of the matter very quickly. I have been relying on Best Buy delivery for many years and I am so grateful for all the service they offer.

The installation was very smooth. They didn't take a lot of time. They did a great job setting up the washer.

Did a decent job, however had to adjust the leveling and the electrical wiring wasn’t installed correctly on the dryer but will suffice.

The second team that came to install the washer did a great job. The first crew did not bother to explain the store was put of stacking kits or offer any other solutions other than to leave the washer in the driveway which was a definite no way! Went to the store where they showed us what we needed from Lowes across the street. Best Buy should have done better homework before promising a smooth delivery the first time. Having to be home a second day was very inconvenient. Again, the second crew was amazing.
