The team who came out and installed were professional, fast and did an amazing job!! Definitely an overall great experience.

Installation of my front load washer was fine, but I realized 10 minutes later they’d left with the locking bolts. These are necessary if you EVER plan to move the machine. I called the installers who said they’d deposited everything in a dumpster at their next stop. I called Best Buy who ordered new bolts under the machine’s warranty. These are about $40 to replace, so make sure to get them before the installers leave. You’d think it would be a standard item they’d leave with the owner (it was with my last machine), but these guys thought they were trash.

I was very happy with the installation of my washing machine. I was able to track the delivery status and once they arrived it was easily installed in minutes by the technicians.

Installation was great! My washing machine arrived within the stated time frame. The personnel were professional and the installation went quickly and smoothly.

I love this mini washer. I come in handy when I only have a few white cloths amongst a large amount of colored cloths. It saves me time in doing that two loads of cloths at once.

The Maytag washing machine works well, close come out very clean. It uses less water and less detergent then most of the washers. You can also wash large blankets and comforters because it doesn't have a center agitator.

I live in the 4th Floor. These guys lifted a heavy washer and dryer and installed it into a very tight space. It took forever to come but was surely worth the wait.
