The delivery team from Best But was very nice and quickly hooked up my new machine and took away my old one. Was very easy for me and it s a great service offered by Best Buy!

The tech delivered the washer upstairs, installed it and placed the dryer on top all by himself with the proper equipment of course and never a single complaint, amazing!

The installers did a fantastic job installing my new Maytag washer and dryer. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned and sanitized the appliances before leaving too.

I purchased a washer in January. I had multiple delays that left my family without a washer or dryer for weeks and required us to use a local laundromat. After they installed my washer I noticed it was installed extremely poorly and carelessly. I had damage to my walls, unsecured hoses, and the shipping bolts weren’t removed from my washer causing it to shake aggressively causing further damage to surrounding walls. I could not think of a way this service could’ve been any worse. I’ve contacted Home Depot countless times to no success.

The guys installed the washer with very care from the entrance of my house, then they made a test to make sure everything was working good with the machine. They were very nice explaining the functions. Thanks guys
