The gentlemen who delivered and set up my washer and dryer were awesome and extremely friendly. Wish they were doing more for us.

The delivery guys did a great job. One prepped everything at the truck, and the other did the install. Fast, efficient, and courteous. Who could ask for more?

This product matches the on it is replacing only a little larger. We had it's predecessor for 10 years and it was a great machine. Installation was not very smooth. 1st machine that arrived was damaged and sent back, 2nd delivery crew would not even try to mount new machine on existing pedestal that were told would be sufficient to use. 3rd crew from NJ was very professional and had the machine installed on a pedestal that Best Buy provided in about 30 minutes. We are happy with our new wash machine. Not so much with 1st and 2nd delivery service crews.

Washer, dryer and refrigerator all delivered and installed in less than one hour. Installers made sure it all worked and gave instructions as to how many pre-washes and ice cube trays to fill before fully using each.

The team is very resourceful and they know the product very well. installation was quick and the people are very courteous and professional. They also explain the product once they deliver. in my case it was a washer.

Prompt, professional installers however we had to request a return to re-level the machine after our first wash load.. machine “walked” a bit.
