The men that installed our washer and pedestal were really great. They did an excellent job of taking the time to ensure it was installed and working properly. They were very careful with everything they did. We were very pleased.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my washer and dryer and I kept hearing bad things about other brands and I was reluctant to go with anything that was not an American brand and so far I have been nothing but satisfied with LG! They make the best everything! Though, I do recommend the insurance on anything with moving parts just to save yourself the hassle. I've had them for a few years and they are both working as new. The washer doesn't leave a bad smell as other washers do. And the door has magnet to keep the door cracked so let air in so no mold builds up which is recommended you do anyway. Great washer, definitely recommend this one or the new one.

The washer installation was great. The driver installed the washer and turned the machine on to make sure it worked. He was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Great job.

I have had appliances from Lowes and had HORRIBLE delivery and installation. They guys from Best Buy were prompt, polite, courteous and FAST!! I was shocked when they were done. I will do all my major purchases with Best Buy from now on

IF you are in Northeast Ohio and buying washer and dryer, have installation done. Ray and Ray Jr. were quick, efficient and friendly. They two are were best delivery installation guys I have had in over thirty years.

Delivery guy called 30 minutes prior to delivery as promised and arrived in the window of time as scheduled. Removed old washer and delivered and installed new washer. Ran a test to make sure everything worked. Very professional.

Installation on scheduled time. Courteous installers. Communicated well asking if I had questions and explained placement and hookup. Removed all packaging.

The 1st Team did not do a good job! The 2nd Team was excellent and installed everything perfectly!
