Everything went great with the washer install. Quick and easy process and have had no issues with it at all the last few months!

The Installation guts were friendly courteous and efficient. Asked pertinent questions and responded with appropriate tools and equipment to manoover steps, doors and elevator. To my knowledge they didn’t even touch a door facings with the washers. Old and new. Cleaned up well before and after install. I would ask for these guys on any install I have and recommend

Im loving the speed of the washer and the ease of use. I dont like how it smells and has water on the door after every wash. So i leave the door open so it can dry out.

The installation was quick and the laborers were both extremely friendly. I was informed about do's and don'ts of my new appliance including maintenance, how to clean it, and how to get the most out of it. They fully installed everything as expected without a fuss. They were in and out in maybe 40 min max after installing 3 major appliances. They even had to remove the front door to get the appliances in the house, but did so with ease, then making sure everything was lined up and attached back to it's original position. Nothing was damaged or scratched in the process. I will 100% recommend the installation to everyone.

I made an appointment and bestbuy showed up on time. I found multiple reminders, updates throughout the process. The installation was done very cleanly and without any much noise. The appliances were delivered in good shape with no visible damage. Both of y washer and dryer working as good as possibly can. Thank you best buy :) Be careful with the appointment, due to unforeseen issues, it may get canceled and need rescheduling. It adds frustration to the customer, but please do know that it is not by choice. There are supply, labour and transportation challenges and we can't know everything in advance.

Two installers dropped by for the installation. They were professional, quick, and clean. They brought in the washer from outdoors using shoulder straps so there was no possibility of the washer being dragged across the floor. And the washer was installed without any issues. Highly recommended.

Glad the washer and dryer I purchased came equipped with this. Did not need to buy separately!! Blessing!

Techs were on time for the installation. They were very professional. They install the washer quickly and they sure did a great job. No issues since. I recommend, and would buy again.

I ordered a new washer and dryer in late September that I was so excited about, however it's been a huge ordeal to get them delivered (mostly due to the local 3rd party delivery partner). After many phone calls last week, I thought everything was rescheduled for today but unfortunately I received a call from Geek Squad Tech that he would be coming today but that he was only bringing the connections.... which he also found odd. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. So I spent more time on the phone this morning trying to figure out when my appliances would be delivered and installed. Mind you, I had just come back from out of town, my A/C unit had gone out so I was also dealing with that, I have a full time job, three kids and don't have the type of vehicle or manpower to go pick up the appliances myself, let alone get them in place and installed. Joel called me back and this is where the tides turned and he absolutely rocked the customer service part of his job. In short, Joel took the initiative, contacted his manager and found a way to rearrange his schedule. He delivered my washer and dryer today at 4:10 after he was done with his other deliveries even though it wasn't on the schedule. He was able to get my washer connected and now I just need someone to come connect the dryer because it's gas. Joel doesn't know me and didn't have to do what he did today, he could've just dropped off the connections like his job required but instead he went above and beyond. I'm sure this made his day a little longer. He made multiple phone calls to figure out how he could help me, even finding out who I should contact about installing the dryer since he's not allowed to install it himself (I'm 100% sure he would have if he could have). I'm not sure he or anyone reading this will understand how much of a burden was lifted off my shoulders by him taking the initiative. If he hadn't helped me, I would probably still be making phone calls to get it all figured out. Joel has a proven track record at this point as this is the second delivery and installation that Joel has done for me and come up with a solution so that he could do the best job possible. A few weeks ago I purchased a new fridge. We realized mid-install that I hadn't placed my order correctly for the water dispenser/ice-maker connection so he and his teammate found a kit in the truck and were able to get everything set up. Not only is he a problem solver but he's friendly and efficient. Joel, from the Brownsville Texas store/Geek Squad, is the kind of employee that will keep your customers loyal so I really hope he gets the recognition and compensation that he deserves for his efforts. He sure makes Best Buy look good!

They did very well twice! The second time they came and picked up the first one and replaced it with a new one. Very good service!

The washer and dryer are terrific. The installers were at our house when they said they would be. They were quick, clean, and friendly. I'd buy from them again, and use their installers again.

Guys were wonderful. On time, communicated well for arrival time. They were professional, didn't mark the walls going up the stairs, and we're very helpful. They also knew exactly what they were doing and were quick.

Our washer install went great. It was set up for the next day which was awesome. Our installer was great, professional and helpful. Called us when he was on the way and arrived promptly.

Washer installer was awesome. He was by himself when bringing it. Got it hooked up and came back Sunday with help to lift dryer on top and make sure everything worked.
