We have been using this washer for almost 2 months now. And we are loving it. It has a big capacity and very quiet. No problem so far. I would recommend this.

I was totally blown away by the premium quality installation performed by the Geek Squad from Best Buy! They were super careful, hauled our existing appliances outside, and really took their time to get the installation right! As a result, operation of the Washer, SideKick Washer, Dryer & Pedestal under the Dryer, were perfect from the first start.

Guys were wonderful. On time, communicated well for arrival time. They were professional, didn't mark the walls going up the stairs, and we're very helpful. They also knew exactly what they were doing and were quick.

Nice and fast. Made sure it worked before leaving.

The Installation guts were friendly courteous and efficient. Asked pertinent questions and responded with appropriate tools and equipment to manoover steps, doors and elevator. To my knowledge they didn’t even touch a door facings with the washers. Old and new. Cleaned up well before and after install. I would ask for these guys on any install I have and recommend

The day they finally arrived was fine. Old washer was moved where I asked them to put it and the new one was installed with no issues. They were very fast and efficient. My issue was they were supposed to deliver 4 days prior to the day they actually arrived. I received no calls or emails stating they would not be delivering. I took the day off work and sat around waiting. When I called the person said there were no notes indicating why they didn't deliver. Very frustrating and because of Christmas it took 4 days for them to be able to schedule a new date.

The washing machine installation service was excellent from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled, which I truly appreciated. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The installation was completed efficiently, all connections were properly secured, and they made sure the machine was level and working correctly before leaving. They also explained how to operate the washer and answered my questions. The area was left clean and organized. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

Washer installer was awesome. He was by himself when bringing it. Got it hooked up and came back Sunday with help to lift dryer on top and make sure everything worked.

Arrived Early. Already staging the install when I arrived. Units out and being removed from boxes and attached to pedestal. Quick. Clean.

The washer install for my LG was excellent. You can track your appointment all morning up to the delivery and you also get a call right before they arrive, 5-10 minutes before. They were fast, neat, efficient, tested the washer, made sure it was level and arrived at the scheduled time. They were great!

Technician was very communcative, gave a heads up when he was heading to my house. Very courteous and helpful. Install went great

Two installers dropped by for the installation. They were professional, quick, and clean. They brought in the washer from outdoors using shoulder straps so there was no possibility of the washer being dragged across the floor. And the washer was installed without any issues. Highly recommended.

Glad the washer and dryer I purchased came equipped with this. Did not need to buy separately!! Blessing!

Professional, courteous and proficient. The Home Delivery experts came on time and set up washer; dryer in short period of time.

The Best Buy time that delivered my washing machine was amazing. We had snow in the forecast the day of the delivery so I was worried it would be delayed. To my surprise, they called that morning and asked if they could come early so they could get in ahead of the snow. They were quick, polite, professional, and did all the right tests to make sure it was installed properly before they left. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes after installing both the washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to use Best Buy installs for future appliance purchases.

Nice couple of guys installed without a hitch. They were very fast, very careful and spot on with their installation.

My install went so smoothly! Wish they had not waited 4 weeks to ask my opinion, bc my team, on 7/21 was wonderful, but I cannot remember their names now. On time, very experienced, very quick. Explained how to use the washer and dryer and agreed to start them up so I was sure there were no leaks or problems. Give them a raise!

The crew that installed the washer was very professional and did it in a timely manner. It was really nice after the letdown of not getting the first delivery and having to start from square one to make a new appointment. Best Buy needs to restructure their methodology in scheduling--if they have a breakdown and can't deliver that customer should be on the top of the list for the next delivery day. We were supposed to receive the washer on May 29 but it wasn't delivered until June 4.

Im loving the speed of the washer and the ease of use. I dont like how it smells and has water on the door after every wash. So i leave the door open so it can dry out.
