They worked well as a team because everything went smoothly being this was our first time with stackable units I was worried about tearing them up well worth the money to have theses installed and my old units taken away

Called me 30 minutes before arrival, installed my products quickly. Both men we very polite. Gave my machine a test run to make sure it was connected properly and off they went to the next delivery.

Spectacular communication and service unlike any experienced from any other installation company. Alan and his helper from the Geek Squad were exceptional. They were skilled at moving the units to be removed and even in a tight stairway took exceptional care in not damaging anything! They are the most pleasantly professional delivery personnel I have ever experienced in 70 yrs!! As a former corporate manager I regret not having the opportunity to experience their work before now and would not hesitate to provide the the opportunity to accept greater responsibility.

The installation of our new LG washer and dryer set was a very good experience. The crew was very polite and professional. They were careful in both removing the old set and installing a new set.

Guys from Pacific sales known as bestbuy came by to deliver and install my washer. They were nice and fast. Thay made sure to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns. Awesome service!

Both washer and dryer not only look great they are easy to use and perform very good. We like it simple wasn’t shore with all the buttons but to my surprise very easy to operate. Samsung you are awesome.

I purchased the washer at Best Buy on a Monday evening and told it would be delivered on Wednesday. Sure enough I received a call Wednesday morning and advised they would deliver the washing machine about 10: 00 a.m. The installers arrived a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and removed my dead Samsung front loader washing machine and installed my new washing machine. While one of the installers was loading my old washing machine, to haul away, the other was showing me the various cycles and explaining how the machine worked. Both of the installers were very professional and very efficient at removing the dead Samsung and installing the new washing machine and they were very knowledgeable about the products they delivery.

so far so good everything is working good very happy with our product would definitely buy again from Best Buy

The technicians seemed knowledgable and knew what they were doing. They were friendly and finished the job very quickly. They took great care to ensure nothing got damaged.

The installers were punctual, very friendly, answered all of my questions, and checked to ensure the machine was working properly. Worth every penny!! Removal of the old equipment was part of it, which was perfect

Appointment time was 4-8pm. Installers called and said they could come earlier at 2pm. We didn't plan for earlier so the guys hung out until we made it home at 3:45pm. They finished the job in 20 minutes. Super fast,
