The technicians communicated via phone and text keeping us informed of their estimated arrival. When they got here, they took the old machine out, brought the new one in and hooked it all up professionally and efficiently.

The installment was quick and easy but only thing I have to say is that that delivery service. They damaged my washing machine when they was bringing it down and didn't say nothing to me until I went down to the check on it to see what they did with the hook up.

Haul away and Install went smoother than expected. I couldn't have done it better myself, so worth the price to me.

My washer was delivered and installed as promised, at the scheduled time and date. The installation was finished in a very short time, and there was no mess left behind. The washer was ready to use, and it worked perfectly.

The delivery driver showed up on time, was very kind and courteous, and appeared to be knowledgeable. The process was very quick and the installers socially distanced.

Washer and dryer work fairly well, but it took us 5 months to finally get our set installed properly. First few attempts caused a leak in our downstairs ceiling bc of faulty installation of washer. Also the lint trap on the bottom of washing machine pours out water when opened. Be sure to have a pan or something to absorb all the water that pours out. It’s more than I expected. They say check the lint trap weekly but we check it every time we use the machine.

They made sure the washer wasn't leaking or anything. Very nice and professional.

The installation was smooth and easy. The gentlemen were cautious not to break anything ir scratch the floors. I would highly recommend best buy for installation.

They arrived on time as scheduled and removed the old washer quickly and safely and installed the new one just as quickly. They showed us the features and confirmed it was installed correctly and worked properly

The 2 gentlemen who came to deliver my washer and dryer were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had my washer installed in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service.

The staff that arrived was on time near the beginning of the time window given. Both installers were very professional and courteous . The installation was completed in under 20 minutes.

Great job!! Called when they were on the way. Did a walk through before they moved the washer. Quickly installed it and Cleaned up. Were very polite.
