The two men were fast and courteous. Called me to tell me they were ahead of schedule and could they come early. They were careful not to damage any woodwork in home and removed the old item and hauled away. Win in my book.

The gentlemen that came to install the washer were very polite and even though they were cutting it close to the install deadline they phoned to let me know they were 5 minutes out. Installation was quick and im happy with it.

They did all the unwrapping, took the trash with them and put it in place and hooked everything up quickly and even gave tips for using it the first time.

Installers arrived on time, installed the washing machine and dryer quickly, and we're very careful not to bump into my walls and doorways. They had both machines working in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very happy with Best Buy.

Oh man, I’m rating them a 2 because they got the job done. If you’re capable just do it yourself. I’m so glad my boyfriend was able to be at my home to help me with this while I was at work. These guys are definitely getting paid by the hour. He had to help them do the install. They wouldn’t touch the hoses. Tried to take my pedestal from the existing washer! My boyfriend had to stop them because they tried to leave with it! They said “sorry man, it’s already on the truck” to which he told them “sorry man, you’re just gonna have to get it off the truck!” He had to take it off the washer. They wouldn’t do it. HE had to reinstall it onto our new washer truly defeating the purpose of us PAYING for delivery and install. Obviously, a little frustrating.
