Oh man, I’m rating them a 2 because they got the job done. If you’re capable just do it yourself. I’m so glad my boyfriend was able to be at my home to help me with this while I was at work. These guys are definitely getting paid by the hour. He had to help them do the install. They wouldn’t touch the hoses. Tried to take my pedestal from the existing washer! My boyfriend had to stop them because they tried to leave with it! They said “sorry man, it’s already on the truck” to which he told them “sorry man, you’re just gonna have to get it off the truck!” He had to take it off the washer. They wouldn’t do it. HE had to reinstall it onto our new washer truly defeating the purpose of us PAYING for delivery and install. Obviously, a little frustrating.

Removed from box and inspected. There were no dents or issues. Brought into the house carefully. Hook up was smooth and test run showed no problems.

I am very pleased with my washer and dryer. They are quiet and do a good job of getting the clothes cleaned. I highly recommend them. They were not too expensive.

the first washer we got didn't work, the drivers brought us back another one and it was damaged. We opt to keep it since it was going to be some time before we got another one. We only got a $200 gift card on a $1000 purchase. Not happy with that.

Best Buy installers never cease to amaze me. They are so professional and thorough. They do not leave until everything is working perfectly and they make sure that the customer gets the instruction manuals and warranties.

Washing Machine Installation - They were cautious but fast handling and installing washer, they made sure was levelled and tried t before leaving, even explained how to use it.

Best Buy was spot on with their delivery service. The guys who came called me in the morning and asked if i wanted an earlier delivery and were at my door 30 minutes later. Given i had bought the pedestals for the washer and dryer they were delivered the day before and they ended up taking the old washer and dryer that day with no issue. The next day they new washer and dryer arrived and were fitted to the pedestals seamlessly. The guys even placed the washer and dryer in opposite locations and made it work given the short length of the washer outflow hose. One of the guys showed me how to use the washer and started the initial cleaning cycle of the machine so it would be ready to use. They took away all packaging and boxes at the end. Very impressed.

Jermaine and his crew did a great job of installing my new w/d and hauling away my the old ones. He was professional and respected my home.
