The install team was very professional and had it all setup in around 30 minutes.

The two young men who came to installation my washer and dryer were very polite and professional. They made sure that everything worked and gave me a tutorial on everything. Didn't wait time but didn't rush thru it either.

The two workers who installed our new washer were quick, polite, and informative. They made sure the washer worked properly, and they offered to clean the floor under the old washer - definitely not their job.

This is a review about the installation. The guys that did the install were very knowledgeable, helpful and did a wonderful job installing the new washer.

The installers arrived right on time and were very professional. They did a fast and quick job of my set-up. The machines did not come with water cables - they were kind enough to offer me some for free, very pleased overall.

A day after installing the drain hose came loose and damaged some of my wife's artwork. Not all the their fault, I think the drain hose was designed poorly.

The parts for the washing machine was purchased so that it could be installed properly. All the pieces were perfect. There were no issues and I highly recommend using Best Buy installation.

Installation was quick, the delivery people were friendly and very informative. I believe they were from Ramirez Trucking. They also tested the unit to make sure it was operating and gave me quick instructions on it's use.

3 men came to deliver the washer they rushed around could have been more caefull with the new washer and the didnt speak english while doing the installtion which I thought was rude, Give them a few less deliveries a day so they can be more caefull so things wont get damaged.
