So far so good, I would definitely recommend that you always have Best Buy to install and insure all appliances , the appliances were installed correctly and in a timely manner. I am so appreciative of the recommendation from the Best Buy store, they customer service has always been the best!

I was totally blown away by the premium quality installation performed by the Geek Squad from Best Buy! They were super careful, hauled our existing appliances outside, and really took their time to get the installation right! As a result, operation of the Washer, SideKick Washer, Dryer & Pedestal under the Dryer, were perfect from the first start.

FINALLY we got people who knew what they were doing and were willing to spend the time to do it! This was the fourth time Best Buy had sent people to re-install our washer/dryer and the first time that the mission was accomplished. Until today this had been a nightmare. But Peter and his helper were excellent. They did the job, they tested it to be sure it was right and they cleaned up after themselves.

The washer install for my LG was excellent. You can track your appointment all morning up to the delivery and you also get a call right before they arrive, 5-10 minutes before. They were fast, neat, efficient, tested the washer, made sure it was level and arrived at the scheduled time. They were great!

The Best Buy time that delivered my washing machine was amazing. We had snow in the forecast the day of the delivery so I was worried it would be delayed. To my surprise, they called that morning and asked if they could come early so they could get in ahead of the snow. They were quick, polite, professional, and did all the right tests to make sure it was installed properly before they left. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes after installing both the washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to use Best Buy installs for future appliance purchases.

The day they finally arrived was fine. Old washer was moved where I asked them to put it and the new one was installed with no issues. They were very fast and efficient. My issue was they were supposed to deliver 4 days prior to the day they actually arrived. I received no calls or emails stating they would not be delivering. I took the day off work and sat around waiting. When I called the person said there were no notes indicating why they didn't deliver. Very frustrating and because of Christmas it took 4 days for them to be able to schedule a new date.
