I bought a Insignia Washer and bought the install package.What a great decision that was.I didn't have to worry if it was installed correctly at all.I appreciated Best Buy going the extra mile to do everything to make us happy.It was quick and easy.Thank you!

We have been using this washer for almost 2 months now. And we are loving it. It has a big capacity and very quiet. No problem so far. I would recommend this.

This set is beautiful! Clean and dry quickly. No complaints at all. Everyone that visit rave over the color and size. Fits laundry room perfectly. Washes large bed sheets and comforters easily without the agitators!

The installers arrived precisely on time and completed the job quickly. We had failed to purchase a needed accessory—fortunately, the installers had the item on hand and were able to sell it to me on the spot, so no time was wasted (and I didn't have to make a trip back to the store).

Please recognize Roberto and Amet, as one of the top Best Buy installers we have ever had the pleasure in our home installing full size refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. They were so precise in the work. Only seeking perfection as they communicated with one and another. Answered all are questions made sure all worked was nothing but perfect. Explained everything in the smallest detail when over the functions of each item. Never rushing anything. All was perfect no damage to nothing, they cleaned everything. Again exceptional team work by Roberto and Amet. We will say this they never complained just focused at the task at hand and it was pure perfection when they were done. I am happy with the washer. It is quiet, and senses the load and tells you how long it will until load is ready to be removed and placed in dryer. It has been 6 months and so far I am happy with it.

I was totally blown away by the premium quality installation performed by the Geek Squad from Best Buy! They were super careful, hauled our existing appliances outside, and really took their time to get the installation right! As a result, operation of the Washer, SideKick Washer, Dryer & Pedestal under the Dryer, were perfect from the first start.

The installation team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They had the washer hooked up and running in no time, and made sure everything was level and leak-free before leaving. Excellent service from start to finish!

Everything was installed very well, checked for leaks, leveled the unit, ran several cycles to test water flow and removal. Removed all containers and cushioning materials. Came right on time. Good communications.

This review is specifically for the install process - Best Buy sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of estimated arrival time. 30 minutes before arrival I received a call from the install team. When the team of three (two installers and one for haul away) arrived they were courteous, professional, and prompt. A week later I called Best Buy regarding the dryer that we also had installed with the washer. After initially referring me to the manufacturer (I was not able to connect with anyone there), Best Buy scheduled another team to take a look and also sent an email the day before with a 4-hour window of time to expect them. On the day of the appointment, the second team called beforehand a couple of hours early to let us know they could come to the appointment early which was great for us. The second team was also very friendly and professional. Our concern with the dryer was resolved quickly. Overall happy with the installation and the follow-up. Thanks!

The day they finally arrived was fine. Old washer was moved where I asked them to put it and the new one was installed with no issues. They were very fast and efficient. My issue was they were supposed to deliver 4 days prior to the day they actually arrived. I received no calls or emails stating they would not be delivering. I took the day off work and sat around waiting. When I called the person said there were no notes indicating why they didn't deliver. Very frustrating and because of Christmas it took 4 days for them to be able to schedule a new date.

The washer we purchased has been great. The install by best buy was quick and easy. They were on time and did a great job installing and removing our old washer. I highly recommend this product and service
