Washer was installed in time and in a professional manner. Last year I had a dishwasher replaced and had issues. They seem to be making improvements (ie using more professional installers). Zero issues this time.

Excellent service. The guys were knowledgeable about the products they delivered. They were on time and didn't waste time once they were here. Very nice guys!

The installation team was very professional, careful and helpful. They took measures to protect the floor and were careful with the installation. At one point I heard them discussing our washer/dryer hose configuration and sounds like I had hooked them up wrong when we moved but they corrected it without any grief. Before they left they gave us a quick rundown of how to use the machine, some maintenance tips and then asked if we had any questions. They didn’t make us feel rushed through any of it. I was very impressed with the quality of service.

Best Buy installers are extremely professional and get the job done right. It’s hard to really add to that.

Were very accommodating and always are with everything I purchase from Best buy. Fast and in and out before we knew it. Made sure washer was good and running before they left.

I do really love the stove, but everyone I get seems to be damaged. I don’t know if it happens in the warehouse or in delivery. The name plate on this stove was seemingly caught on something and then bent back in place. I think the delivery people knew because the blue protectant plastic was also torn. I hadn’t noticed this until they left and I tore the rest of the film off. Luckily I called Best Buy and a geek squad technician was able to come out to replace the name plate. It did take me ordering the same stove 5 times to get one that wasn’t damaged - the final one was damaged but at least the part was replaceable. This took a lot of time and effort on my part to follow up each time to replace damaged stoves. The delivery individuals were nice, even though the delivery instructions said not to install the stove which is odd because delivery was included for free on this item. The delivery men were nice and still installed it despite the instructions. I’d also like to add that the delivery windows you request online do not match the email delivery confirmation and the delivery service is often not within either of those windows. For example, I selected the afternoon window and the delivery service called me at 7AM for a 7:30 delivery.

Best Buy removed the hassle of me trying to figure out what parts to buy, having the right tools and cleaning up the mess. Installation included parts and free haul away of old units.

The guys who came to install our new Washer and Dryer where pretty efficient and productive as they installed both appliances in a timely manner. They even switched the doors around to accommodate the laundry room.

The delivery crew was fantastic. They came out and hooked up everything quickly and efficiently. They double check their work to make sure everything worked properly and was in place. I was very happy and pleased for the small price to pay for the delivery.

Great service as promised, Best Buy installation arrived as promised and did a great job installing machine. They also ran it through a test cycle before leaving and gave us other instructions.
