The guys installing the washer set it on top of our washer pan which is just a couple inches high and hooked all water connections up in no time. Very easy dealing with them. Great service.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house and installed my washer were very polite, and worked quickly. I expected the process to take a little longer, but they got in, did their thing, and were done before I knew it.

The delivery crew who installed our washer were friendly and extremely helpful.

The delivery guys were knowledgeable and polite. They called to say they were on their way and arrived shortly. They were careful with the new appliances and my home. And they answered my questions.

The hot water hose was hooked up to the cold and the cold water was hooked up to the hot. So not too happy about the installation which resulted in a few loads getting washed in the wrong temperatures. The washer controls are overly complicated. I miss the more basic controls on the machine this one replaced. The large tub is nice. Will adapt.

I don't care what you say, our installers were better than yours. So kind and genuine, timely, and helpful. The first time they came, our washer and dryer both had to be taken back to store due to damages. Obviously, delivery guys are not at fault, but they were apologetic and as helpful as they could be with situation. Three weeks later, I was so glad the same guys were sent out to deliver working washer/dryer.
