The washer installation was quick and to the point. The young men who delivered the machine followed Best Buy delivery protocol. They arrived wearing their mask. They called 30 minutes before arriving. The washer was delivered around 9:30 am, I was very glad the delivery came early in the morning. However, when I bought the washer on line I was charged for the hoses. The men didn’t have the hoses nor was it on there work order. Weird, nonetheless.

Washer, dryer and refrigerator all delivered and installed in less than one hour. Installers made sure it all worked and gave instructions as to how many pre-washes and ice cube trays to fill before fully using each.

The team is very resourceful and they know the product very well. installation was quick and the people are very courteous and professional. They also explain the product once they deliver. in my case it was a washer.

This tool efficiently enhances the wash machine. Clothes will wash better

The people who came to my install were excellent. The problem was is that the store had not included all the items needed to complete the job and I ended up doing it myself as I wasn't going to wait continued delays to get rescheduled for the task

For the price of new hoses, the new machine was delivered, hooked up, tested, demonstrated, and the packing material and old machine hauled away. The delivery crew was very friendly and professional.
