Was not a washer install, simply add stacking kit. Gentlemen worked rather quickly.

The gentlemen were very respectful and worked quietly and quickly. They didn't mind all the chaos of us moving in when they were installing

First time when they installed it, they had the hoses on wrong. Had to have them come back out to fix that, now the machine wiggles around like crazy. I'm thinking 3rd time won't be the charm so I'll try to see if I know anyone who can level the machine. But honestly, I wouldn't be able to install it myself so it's a needed option.

We've had many appliances delivered/installed in different homes over the years. Our experience with Best Buy is typically very good and this washer and dryer were no exception. The two men on the crew were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and careful in our home. Used high-quality hoses. One of the men pointed out a minor issue with a water pipe in the utility room, something we can get a plumber to deal with now rather than having a problem later - this was a nice touch that he didn't have to do (and wasn't up-selling anything). They set up the washer and dryer exactly where we wanted, ran them through a brief cycle to test, and offered to demonstrate features to us. Thanks guys!

Washer installation was fast and easy. The two service men installed my new washer easily and they were very informative and friendly.

The first washer installed did not run properly, the 2nd team said its broke, the 3rd team said the first machine was installed wrong, packing bolts still on it, hot water not turned on and the dryer hose way too long. The 3rd team was fast professional and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for them. Of course I had to go a whole month between 1st and last install to have a working machine. Doesn't give me good feeling about this type of service. I would recommend but with caution. Go in with eyes wide open.

Men came on time, removed old washer, The they proceeded to install new washer. Tested it and gave me the proper paperwork. Courteous and knowlegable
