The installers were very quick and courteous and installed correctly. They ran a test cycle prior to leaving to ensure that everything was good to go.

The installation people arrived as requested and removed the old washing machine. They installed the new one in a matter of minutes. It worked and nothing leaked! They were friendly, reliable workers.

The installers of our new washing machine were very professional and expedient. They didn't talk much partially I'm guessing because of a language deficit but they worked quickly and quietly to install the washer

Quick and quiet. These guys were in and out in less then 10 minutes first thing in the morning. My family slept through it while these guys took care of business.

I do really love the stove, but everyone I get seems to be damaged. I don’t know if it happens in the warehouse or in delivery. The name plate on this stove was seemingly caught on something and then bent back in place. I think the delivery people knew because the blue protectant plastic was also torn. I hadn’t noticed this until they left and I tore the rest of the film off. Luckily I called Best Buy and a geek squad technician was able to come out to replace the name plate. It did take me ordering the same stove 5 times to get one that wasn’t damaged - the final one was damaged but at least the part was replaceable. This took a lot of time and effort on my part to follow up each time to replace damaged stoves. The delivery individuals were nice, even though the delivery instructions said not to install the stove which is odd because delivery was included for free on this item. The delivery men were nice and still installed it despite the instructions. I’d also like to add that the delivery windows you request online do not match the email delivery confirmation and the delivery service is often not within either of those windows. For example, I selected the afternoon window and the delivery service called me at 7AM for a 7:30 delivery.

Unbelievably great!! I have a newer vacation home and have had lots of deliveries... while most have been ok, these guys were awesome! No language barrier, no complaints or "sighs" as they did their work... I was pleased!

I purchased the washer at Best Buy on a Monday evening and told it would be delivered on Wednesday. Sure enough I received a call Wednesday morning and advised they would deliver the washing machine about 10: 00 a.m. The installers arrived a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. and removed my dead Samsung front loader washing machine and installed my new washing machine. While one of the installers was loading my old washing machine, to haul away, the other was showing me the various cycles and explaining how the machine worked. Both of the installers were very professional and very efficient at removing the dead Samsung and installing the new washing machine and they were very knowledgeable about the products they delivery.

The geek squad crew was excellent at delivery and installing our new washer and dryer. It was in a brand new house and they were very careful as to make sure nothing was damaged and that we were fully satisfied. Very happy

My washer/dryer was defective after installation. Best Buy exchanged for a new one. The same installers (Tristan and Pablo) came to my apartment twice. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Great guys.

The crew were timely, professional and did an excellent job installing the washing machine and diverting all the water tubing to the washer, pedestal washer AND dryer. Wow!

Alex was awesome, If he could be cloned, I would suggest Best Buy do it, immediately.
