Appointment time was 4-8pm. Installers called and said they could come earlier at 2pm. We didn't plan for earlier so the guys hung out until we made it home at 3:45pm. They finished the job in 20 minutes. Super fast,

The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing including leveling the washer to specifications to make sure water would flow out to the drain properly. They also removed the old washer. Provided an overview of how the equipment worked. Couldn't ask for more.

We ordered two new apartment sized washing machines for apartments in two adjacent townhouses including new hoses from Bestbuy. The first install crew were excellent. They removed the old washer and installed the first new washer with no problems and even pointed out that the second new washer for next door was dented and scratched, so they rescheduled the install so another pristine new washer could be delivered and installed instead. When the second install crew arrived with the second new washer for next door, they removed the old washing machine and brought the new machine up and into a the second floor apartment but left the installation of the new machine to us, stating that their service only included delivery but no installation! So one crew deserved 5 stars and the other crew only about 2 for an average of 3 stars.

Since we don't own a truck. So the delivery seem fast with in days. Compare to last time I ordered my set. I had to cancel the order since they didn't deliver my set ... EVER. The guys delivered it with out any scratches or dents. Fast,efficient, and safe. They didn't hit any walls except my door guard rail was smashed a bit I was not able to close my door until we hit it with a hammer. They also left after the installation they didn't wait for the test cycle to finish. So I'm thankful they delivered it but i kinda was skeptical they would do it this time.
