You need to buy these along with the Fridge/washer dryer, so there isn't much to know about it. But overall there are no issues seen so far

The two men were friendly and knowledgeable. The washer was quickly and carefully installed in no time. They tested it and showed us how to use it before hauling off the old washer. Couldn't have asked for better.

This product is amazing!! My wife loves them! They are big enough to do lots of clothes at once cutting down on the amount of loads. Would highly recommend!

The hot water hose was hooked up to the cold and the cold water was hooked up to the hot. So not too happy about the installation which resulted in a few loads getting washed in the wrong temperatures. The washer controls are overly complicated. I miss the more basic controls on the machine this one replaced. The large tub is nice. Will adapt.

The folks who delivered my washer was very efficient. Got everything done within 40 minutes which included removing my old machine, install, and started a test cycle on the new machine. I was impressed with those guys.

They delivery men came and hooked up our washer and dryer for the steam part and works great! The men were very nice and watched to make sure they didn't bang into my walls, we would never be able to left this upstairs

I am OBSESSED with this washer machine! It is quick and efficient! My clothes have never smelt and felt so clean before. I can definitely tell the difference in such a great quality washing machine! The 3 men installing the machine also did a great job! They taught me how to use and test the machine prior to my first load of laundry.

The guys they sent were great. On time, quick install, and haul away. Have used Best buy for years, not sure if this is a different delivery company for them. This was the most trouble free delivery ever.

The installer arrived on time, made the installation as expected, and cleaned up before heading to his next appointment.
