Great team when they finally showed up!

However, it took five scheduled deliveries to get this done! Unbelievable situation that honestly took over one month from date of purchase to get the washer delivered to my home. Best Buy scheduled, sent confirmations, but did NOT SHOW UP for four other delivery dates. We waited, tried to call, had to go back to retail store to then get more broken promises....and then 5th try was the charm and nice guys showed up with the washer and installed in 20 min. and departed. Best Buy did partially compensate me for these hassles, but what a saga! I gave five stars for the delivery guys who did great work, but the software integration and scheduling system get "0" stars!

It's not easy to get into our basement but they managed to get this huge washer down our steps and did a great job of hooking it up. Thanks!
