Took 4 attempts to install a replacement washer.

After 3 no shows to even check the washing machine problem, then a group of 3 men came, got on a ladder to the top of the dryer (Stacked), took a picture of the faucet, told me it needed to be replaced due to corrosion, had the plumber come out, pulled out the stacked washer/dryer - and reminded me that all of my indoor plumbing had been replaced 2 years prior (when I purchased all new appliances) - the faucet was better than they could put in now. The next two installers came and asked for the new stacking kit (?) unknown to me, two more installers came and the stacking kit still had not arrived. I put in for the next installment appointment once I received the kit to find out by Jorge & Alfredo it wasn't needed. Their professionalism, manners and knowledge were truly refreshing! If only all of your Geek Squad employees followed through as well, Best Buy company profits would go through the roof!
