Top notch guy came and set up my unit demoed what to do what not to do.

Delivery, installation, and hauling service was quick. The team was not very careful with some details: a flower pot was broken in the process as they were moving the appliance; it was a rainy day and no attention to shoe cleanliness was paid so I had to clean all floors afterwards, etc.. All in all, despite these minor annoying items, I was glad I bought these services.

Delivered as promised, during the original time estimate. They called about thirty minutes prior to arrival. Fast and efficient, and friendly.

They did a great job and got everything hooked up properly, even tightened some pipes that were loose that were not part of the installations.

Installation was on time and very efficient. Old washer was removed quickly and the new washer dropped right into place with the crew taking care of our purchase to ensure no damage or issues.

Crew gave me plenty of notice, showed up when they said they would, and had my machine installed in a few minutes. They also went over the machine's operation and took away my old machine. Perfect.

Washer was installed in time and in a professional manner. Last year I had a dishwasher replaced and had issues. They seem to be making improvements (ie using more professional installers). Zero issues this time.

Let the Pros do what they are experienced and qualified to do. ...How many times have you made it worse by trying to do yourself , when you know this isn't something you normally do? So when it comes to Professional Major Appliance Installation of anything that could... 1. Damage my the structure of my House 2. Damage the Infrastructure of my House 3.The Wiring of any thing in side the walls of my House 4. Damage myself ( LOL) how many times have you hurt your back,hands etc...trying to do this on your own and /or with someone and getting them hurt as well!( And pay for their Doctor bill!) Not worth it , let the Pros do, what the Pros do... (You may also save money in long run as well...from ALL the repair work that will have to be done!)

In the past having large items from other appliance and department stores we have had the worst experiences. We were very apprehensive about having another delivery and installation. The Best Buy team that delivered our washing machine was far above any expectations we had. They were on time, moved out our old machine and installed are new machine and spent the time to make sure we had a good understanding of the machines operation. I would recommend the Best Buy delivery team! The best!

They quick and knew what they were doing. Everything clean when they got done and left. I would use them again for installing washer or dryer.

The guys that did my install were on time, called ahead, were friendly and customer service oriented. They exceeded my expectations for delivery and installation of my new washer and removal of the old washer.

Men came on time, removed old washer, The they proceeded to install new washer. Tested it and gave me the proper paperwork. Courteous and knowlegable

Installation crew showed up on time and was considerate of requests. Installation was competed in a timely fashion and no problems were encountered.

The installation crew arrived a few hours earlier, and called before coming to see if it was Okay. Very quick and friendly, did a good job.

The guys came a little late, but they called to inform us about it, so we expected it. They did the installing and leveling the washer fast, and did a trial run. Nice job, no complain from us.

There are always a few snags when it comes to delivery and installation but overall Best Buy does a great and job and tried hard to get it done
