Friendly crew, job done right

Our experience with Best Buy is typically very good and this washer and dryer were no exception. The two men on the crew were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and careful in our home. Used high-quality hoses. One of the men pointed out a minor issue with a water pipe in the utility room, something we can get a plumber to deal with now rather than having a problem later - this was a nice touch that he didn't have to do (and wasn't up-selling anything). They set up the washer and dryer exactly where we wanted, ran them through a brief cycle to test, and offered to demonstrate features to us. Thanks guys!

What a great experience!

They answered all my questions and the main one, a Latino with dark hair, went above and beyond and showed me how to install the shelves inside the fridge. The experience was great and I will definitely recommend this service.
