T hey had to come out a couple of times to install the washer, but in the end everything worked great. No additional charge for extra visits.

I love shopping at Best Buy in Crystal Lake, IL. Best prices, great selection of merchandise. Then professional installation of the merchandise you had purchased. This makes a stress-free buying!

Best buy customer service is horrible but delivery men who did the hauling away were great, professional and very knowledgeable and very helpful.. customer service and scheduling online is a joke. They constantly cancel and reschedule your dates, we had to make a reservation several times, in 3 different trips to complete the job. Good luck to you all, only 4 stars because the delivery men are awesom

Frank and Randy were great! They had a small space in which to work, but they managed to remove my previous washer and install the new one with such ease and knowledge! Great installers!

The staff and service was unbelievable! They came first thing in the morning and called us to let us know they were outside. The installation itself did not take no more than a couple of minutes.

The washing machine install was super fast and they even ran it through one cycle to make sure it works before they left they were really nice

Dryer installation was perfect The Geek Squad was extremely careful in putting it together. They gave suggestions which were helpful to us.

I considered picking the washer up myself but I am very glad that I chose to have Bestbuy deliver and install. Super professional staff.
