The geek crew did an excellent job installing our washer.

Installers very rushed as they were behind schedule. Removed old washer, put new washer in and connected hoses and plug. Told me to run a full cycle, where to call if any problems and were out the door. Previous installations included making sure water hook ups were working and removal of all the stickers and plastic protection. This time I even had to remove cardboard out of tub and balance washer myself.

It was simple to schedule this set up. They brought everything they needed and left my home with a well working washing machine and a very happy customer.

These guys were great to work with mainly because they were very nice and also got the job done quickly. They made sure everything functioned as it should and gave us advice on how to work the unit going forward.

The individuals who delivered my products were very quick to instal and made sure that the washing machine was stable as well. Best part the cost was nothing due to the purchase of the washing machine.

The guys showed up and were very nice. They were installing a washing machine, so it wasn't that complicated, but they were quick, efficient, and polite.

The gentlemen that installed the units were awesome! It was rainy at the time. They laid towels on the hardwood floors, were quiet, quick and knew what they were doing. I definitely appreciated it!

Installation and delivery were a breeze. Courteous, polite and knowledgeable staff. $15 delivery charge and to haul away the old sold us, as most wanted $70-100. We will be using Best Buy more often!

I've gotten a few this delivered and installed from Best Buy,,,and the delivery people have always been on time, know what they are doing and given me tips on the appliances. This delivery was no different.
