Installer hooked intake lines hot to cold and cold to hot which i caught before they left. Installer (pleasant and professional) forgot to install drain hose. He started a cycle, left, and flooding resulted on 1st floor into basement! Best Buy will tell you that this is a claim for the delivery/install company (hmm. It said Best Buy on the receipt). The claim for clean up was handled well and quickly, Product is great. Despite a mistake that ruined an otherwise good experience, Best Buy is still my first choice for appliances and I will use them on future purchases. Mistakes happen - it’s how you deal with them that counts. And this issue was quickly resolved.
