The installers were prepared, quick, and very efficient. They let the cycle go through a wash to verify it worked properly and was installed correctly. They were very professional as well as polite.

Washer install went well, they did a good job. I did find some dust I had to clean up, but no one is perfect, so I can appreciate that. Other than that, they did a great job and made sure that the units didn't hit the gas line that comes out of the wall (built into the house), for proper safety.

The guys came in fast and smoothly and took out my old washer and placed my new washer in carefully. Everything put together correctly and have not had a problem with the installation.

The product is worth every penny and one of the best deals. Installation was quick. Detailed. They were very accommodating with my requests.

We were excited to purchase the mate to our dryer( got about a year ago). The installers were wonderful but ran into a problem I read about from some of the reviews... the “Y” connector won’t fit in some older homes “boxes” for draining. They set it up for me to use the big washer but we needed to fix the connector ourselves. The plumber was going to charge $490 to redo the “box”, but with help from our “jack-of-all-trades” neighbor told my husband what to buy at Lowe’s and how to reconstruct it. It cost $11.00 for the supplies. It would be nice if Samsung or Best Buy had a kit to buy for the installers to use initially. I’m excited to use the little washer!!!

It was quick but they knock out one of my cabinet doors in my kitchen was not thrill about felt like they were in a rush

Best buy customer service is horrible but delivery men who did the hauling away were great, professional and very knowledgeable and very helpful.. customer service and scheduling online is a joke. They constantly cancel and reschedule your dates, we had to make a reservation several times, in 3 different trips to complete the job. Good luck to you all, only 4 stars because the delivery men are awesom

Good and professional installed. Quick installation and the did a very good job.

Guys showed up on time, friendly and professional. Unboxed and assembled the unit. When they went to hook it up to the spigot - a TINY bit of water was coming out of the valve stem - which happens when these things stay in one position forever and then get rotated. They said they couldn't complete the installation and that I would need to have a plumber replace the whole bib assembly. They left. I connected the hose and have had no trouble with it I get that they have to be careful - but jeez.

I like the washer. We got a nice price on the product through price matching. Saved an additional $60 on top of their sale. No complaints.

The installers did a good job. Very courteous and professional. Knew how to deal with a complication (defective valve could not be shut off in the house and they had to go outside to the main shutoff valve).
