The Installers did an excellent job bringing in and installing the new washing machine and removing the old unit and taking it with them. I Would highly recommend this delivery team to anyone.

The installers arrived precisely on time and completed the job quickly. We had failed to purchase a needed accessory—fortunately, the installers had the item on hand and were able to sell it to me on the spot, so no time was wasted (and I didn't have to make a trip back to the store).

The installers, Alex and Richard, were excellent, professional and thorough.

They did a real good job of installing except for once while problem. They hooked up the water hoses backwards. No biggie and very simple fix. They had to go through quite a lot to get it into the room and they did a wonderful job.

The crew sent to deliver and install my Samsung washer we’re everything I could have hoped for and more! They took care of all the trash associated with packaging and were fast, courteous and detailed in the installation. I was even given a brief demonstration on use and care of the machine! We purchased a new Samsung washing machine and arranged for the installation on the day of delivery. The two gentlemen were professional and very skilled. Our laundry room is on the second floor. Both men handled carrying the machine upstairs, and never marked a wall or even came close to our wall art. We are always on raw nerves when we have a delivery of any sort. Our install was performed quickly and efficiently. The old machine was seemlessly removed from our house. One gentleman even showed us how to safely operate the new washing machine. What a fabulous experience. Best Buy, never let these workers go! They enhance your name brand.

Great work. Installers were pleasant. My sink needed to be replaced, so they brought in my washer and dryer and came back and connected everything after I replaced the sink. Thank you for your service.

Cody and Neal were prompt, kept me updated on the schedule and very efficient in the delivery and installation of my new LG washer and dryer. They were professional and courteous during their visit. Washer and dryer are quiet, capable of handling large loads, have easy to read touch pad screens and look beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchases.

This is the installation service for my washer. I was really surprised that this crew was much nicer and took their time unlike the previous crew 10 years ago when I last purchased my washer and dryer from Best Buy. I am happy that I got a nice crew of 3. They gave me time to clean up the floor area where the old washer and dryer set. When the installation was completed, one of the guys gave me a quick tutorial, which was so helpful. When I tipped them, they were so appreciative. I tipped each one of them separately, but the driver gave all the tip to the guy sitting in the back. I guess they split the tip at the end of the day. Regardless, I am very appreciative to be able to hire them to help me install my washer and dryer.

Delivered in the window as promised. Professional approach and no-nonsense installation of washer and hoses. Fast removal of old machine and they knew what they were doing. Would have liked a slightly slower installation so I could get a bit more familiarity with the machine.

Same as the other one. They were so efficient and timely! They did not make any mistakes to my knowledge and worked quickly. They even arrived early which some may not like but I loved it cuz I had to get to work!

We ended up purchasing a new washer and dryer set due to our old washer no longer working. While our old dryer worked fine, we found the pricing fair for the pair. We have had the set for about a month now and so far everything works as it should. Delivery and install were also commendable. Would recommend.
