The installer was very polite. He set up the washer and started the washer's installation / test run. He explained that after it was complete that I could use my washer. The removed my old washer.

The 2 gentlemen that they sent to install my washer were ok. I laid a utility mat down to protect the new wood floor and they tried to keep it on there but ultimately told me that it would not work. I purchased an open box item and it was missing a very important piece, the hose clamp. They attempted to secure the hose with a zip tie, not a good idea. When they started the washer the force blow the hose off and water spilled out onto the brand new wood floor, which my mat would have protected had they been able to use it. At first they told me that I would need to purchase one and put it on myself. I was not happy with that. One remembered they had a box of extra parts in the truck and when out to check for a clamp. Success! Thank goodness because they struggled putting it on, so there would have been no way I would have been able to put it on had they not found one. The icing on the cake...they just placed the hose in the hole in the wall. I was so nervous it would just come flying out of there with the force of the water. But so far it has stayed put. I will be getting a friend to double check there work before I use it again.

due to a color mismatch i had to exchange the dryer. I had 2 crews installing my washer and dryer , both crews were excellent. On time very helpful and professionals. Highly recommended.

Installers were fast, punctual and courteous. they installed new washer and removed old one. They also observed covid masks and distancing.

Installation was quick and easy. Didn't remember to connect splitter for dryer steam feed.

The company that delivered the washer for Best Buy needs to make sure their employees are familiar with each product's unique installation instructions and requirements. Step 2 in the Unpacking and Removing Shipping Material section of the owner's manual say to NOT remove the tub insert until the washer is in its final location. The delivery team took the insert out while the washer was on the lift gate of the delivery truck. They still had to carry the washer up my driveway and down the basement stairs to its final location. The manual also says that the insert should be saved for moving the washer in the future. If I hadn't asked for the insert, I'm sure it would not have been left with me. The delivery team also left the water supply hoses in less than straightened out condition. And the washer was not leveled very well either.

Darien was great — but the stare sales clerk did not set up installation correctly. Did not indicate that we had a washer to pick up, or that installation included moving to a pedestal. Then did not set up for hose replacement - but charged us for a hose. So installer was great - but sales clerk definitely needed some improvement!
