Such a great experience! My Best Buy installers Jorge and Freddy were nice, professional and efficient. No dings on my walls or stairways. Definitely recommend this team!

Delivery, installation, take away old, all excellent. Very careful not to mark walls or floors. Fast and efficient. After new washer was installed, instructions how to use it were given very well. No need for another trip or to pour over instruction booklet for washer. These installers were well equiped and knew the product well.

The two gentlemen that installed our washer were incredible. Quick and took extra care to not damage the hardwood floors or painted walls. The installation, hook-up and confirmation of working properly took less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend their service.

The guys were personable and knew exactly how best to move the washer through the door to the house and hook it up. Definitely worth the price.

We ended up purchasing a new washer and dryer set due to our old washer no longer working. While our old dryer worked fine, we found the pricing fair for the pair. We have had the set for about a month now and so far everything works as it should. Delivery and install were also commendable. Would recommend.

The Maytag washer was unloaded carefully off of the truck. Cardboard and plastic was cut in driveway, where we inspected for dents or scratches. the team carried washer into place using belts around their waists to control washer. Set in place. Connected the stainless steel hoses to hot and cold water faucets. The team checked for leaks. Started a wash cycle to see if everything worked. Total satisfaction for this install.

I love my new washer! I went from a front load washer to the Whirlpool top loader and it is unbelievable the amount this washer can hold and come out very clean

The guys that brought my washer were fast ! had my old washer disconnected, and my new one reconnected in lightning fast time , I was amazed, because my former washer was not hooked up correctly. Thank you for such efficiency !

I got a nice couple of guys for my installation, they were carefull and did the job quick only thing I had to bring them back again at another day to adjust the stability of the washer in the fast spining mode, I would have done it my self if I knew how simple it was.also the follow up calls was an assome thing to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. The washer I purchased was installed by Best Buy. I’ve never really considered buying an appliance from Best Buy but due to lack of availability and higher prices at other home stores in the area I ended up getting my washer from Best Buy. I was super impressed with how quickly and how professional the delivery/installation/haul away team was. I would definitely look to Best Buy first for these items in the future.

Excellent service. Two guys brought in the Samsung Washer WF45R6100AC & Dryer DVE45R6100C/A3 to install at exactly at scheduled time. Both were installed and connected in less than 30 minutes . They explained the how it works and guide lines to operate and maintain them. in less than 30 minutes. Great work done professionally. Very much Appreciated.
