We were in the process of moving when our appliances were supposed to be delivered. Of course the team showed up when we were at our old place but were willing to wait the 20 minutes that it took me to get over to our new place. In that time they simply started unpacking our washer, dryer, and fridge from the boxes. They installed everything very quickly and didn't bang up any walls nor the appliances. They made sure everything runs before they left and an hour after their arrival they were gone. We have only one level house so that probably helped with the speedy installation.

10/10 would recommend the install. Way better than having to figure it out yourself

The team took the appliances upstairs without a scratch. The machines were installed perfectly.

Easy and efficient install team. The guys did it when I was out of the house, or I would have caught this before they left. The next day when I went to use my dryer, I realized that they installers did not position it correctly in the closet area, and I was unable to open the dispenser drawer. No problem, they came back the next day and fixed the problem.

The installer was quick and polite on the change out of the washer.

The guys that delivered and installed the machine, pulled our old machine out and installed the new machine in +/- 10 minutes, yes you read that right, 10 minutes. These guys had their process figured out and executed it very well, while also being very careful during the process. I think if I had only one small complaint, I wish they would have leveled the machine during the install, I had to do this myself.

The crew were wonderful!! Contacted us with updates and estimated arrival. Moved old units into garage, and expertly installed both in about 20 minutes! They were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful of not damaging house, and just a delight!!!

The installation was great. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The men installing it were very nice and knowledgeable. Installation was quick and they made sure everything was working before leaving, I would highly recommend them. The washer works great very pleased. I will buy my next appliance from best buy and have them install it. Thank you.

Both washer and dryer are excellent nd are doing a super job. Thank You for all that your team did to help us get them in a most timely manner. MOST helpful and professional. PLEASE keep your Geek Squad installers!! They were extremely helpful!!!!!!

Swashing machine was an awesome purchase. I love that it is a smart wausher, and lets my cell phone know when my load is finished.So we're not tying up the load for other users.

I thought the technicians that showed up to do the install were very professional and very helpful. They called when they were a half hour out and when they showed up it did not take them long to get the old dryer out and the new dryer in and operational. When they unpacked the dryer and saw a little bit of damage they made sure I knew and was OK with it before the install went any further. Definitely top notch delivery/service.

The guys that brought my washer were fast ! had my old washer disconnected, and my new one reconnected in lightning fast time , I was amazed, because my former washer was not hooked up correctly. Thank you for such efficiency !

The staff we worked with was awesome. On time, quick, and friendly. Not a lot else needed for an install. Although only one team finished the install, the other team that tried it previously was also excellent. The issue was on our end. Over the whole process we were very impressed with the service we received

The Best Buy team did a phenomenal job with delivering and installation and even a bit of help me figure out how to use this stuff when I moved in to my property at the end of last year. Can’t say enough about the team.

The two gentlemen that installed our washer were incredible. Quick and took extra care to not damage the hardwood floors or painted walls. The installation, hook-up and confirmation of working properly took less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend their service.
