Best Buy offers excellent service on installing new appliances

The company that delivered the washer for Best Buy needs to make sure their employees are familiar with each product's unique installation instructions and requirements. Step 2 in the Unpacking and Removing Shipping Material section of the owner's manual say to NOT remove the tub insert until the washer is in its final location. The delivery team took the insert out while the washer was on the lift gate of the delivery truck. They still had to carry the washer up my driveway and down the basement stairs to its final location. The manual also says that the insert should be saved for moving the washer in the future. If I hadn't asked for the insert, I'm sure it would not have been left with me. The delivery team also left the water supply hoses in less than straightened out condition. And the washer was not leveled very well either.

They installed it correctly. Make sure you check leveling and damage. Seems common

Geek squad had challenges with our limited space and the size of our washer. They let us know and then we were able to move things around to make it work out! We were extremely thankful for their patience and creativity to get our washer in the space.

I would recommend purchasing the installment agreement if you don't won't to get your hands dirty. They programmed my washer and hooked up my hoses and electric cords in no time.

Definitely worth the money to pay for the delivery and set up of your washing machine. Geek Squad did a great job, quickly and easily set it up and made sure everything was working before they left.

The washer install went well overall, though I did find a couple of slight scuff marks on one of the sides later on. Not sure where/when that happened.

Great company that did the install they were quick and professional

My washing maching cords have come apart twice & my washing machine jumps around until it cuts off and since my laundry room is outside, I won't know for hours. Plus thry rushed through my install. Thry acted is if they didn't know what they were doing. Clearly didn't. Would NOT recommend.
