Personable Delivery Guys, Terrible Installation

Installation and removal looked good. After they left however, I realized they hadn’t leveled either machine (washer and dryer). Not a huge deal but I paid for installation. We used the washer for a month and had a couple of clothing items ruined and couldn’t figure out why. Not only had they not leveled the machines, they had also incorrectly installed the water lines (hot to cold, cold to hot). So cold only clothing items had been being washed in hot water despite the correct setting on the machine. Overall just an absolute waste of money to have something “installed” that you have to fix…

Quietest Washer We've Ever Owned!!
