Our new washer was delivered very quickly and was leveled and tested before the delivery men left. They were very friendly and I also have to commend them as they noted a large dent on the washer that became visible after the unit was removed from the shipping container. There was no damage to the outside of that box, so it must have happened prior to being shipped from factory to store. Anyway, they got it handled in short order and we eventually got our replacement unit, which we are very happy with! They made sure to ask if we had any questions, and they did not leave a mess. What more can you ask for? Very happy with the delivery service!

Machine would spin so hard and move. Had geek squad come out. It was balanced so they put something under the ffeet. Seems fine now

Best Buy sent 2 knowledgeable gentleman to deliver my new Whirpool washing machine. They took my old washer away and set up my new Whirpool washing machine. They were very professional and fast.

My old washer had been dying for a while, but I didn't realize how much I needed a new one until my clothes really seemed cleaner after my first load with this machine. I only wish the instruction manual were more complete and easier to use. There's an online version, but I'd like to keep a paper copy down with the washer than have to run up from the basement, get my phone, and search for an electronic version in small print.

Installation was neat, personnel had correct equipment to do the job.
