super late here but the technicians did a great job installing my washer and dryer . They arrived on time , were professional and were very careful . 2 years later my washer is running like new .

They were in and out fast. The went above and beyond to make sure my appliances were level and that very thing was working. Very kind people.

The washer I purchased was installed by Best Buy. I’ve never really considered buying an appliance from Best Buy but due to lack of availability and higher prices at other home stores in the area I ended up getting my washer from Best Buy. I was super impressed with how quickly and how professional the delivery/installation/haul away team was. I would definitely look to Best Buy first for these items in the future.

This is the installation service for my washer. I was really surprised that this crew was much nicer and took their time unlike the previous crew 10 years ago when I last purchased my washer and dryer from Best Buy. I am happy that I got a nice crew of 3. They gave me time to clean up the floor area where the old washer and dryer set. When the installation was completed, one of the guys gave me a quick tutorial, which was so helpful. When I tipped them, they were so appreciative. I tipped each one of them separately, but the driver gave all the tip to the guy sitting in the back. I guess they split the tip at the end of the day. Regardless, I am very appreciative to be able to hire them to help me install my washer and dryer.

Installation is great. They came took our old machine and installed washer so it was ready to use. The guys were very polite professional and courteous.

Same as the other one. They were so efficient and timely! They did not make any mistakes to my knowledge and worked quickly. They even arrived early which some may not like but I loved it cuz I had to get to work!

They did a great job with delivery and install! In and out within 30 minutes.

The washer has to be returned because of the hot water connection but I’m testing the one they left using just cold water & it’s really different . No agitator, but it’s quiet & handled a full load of jeans. Also the color (black) is really nice. It was a good choice. Once again, more instructions needed because it’s all digital.

Excellent service. Two guys brought in the Samsung Washer WF45R6100AC & Dryer DVE45R6100C/A3 to install at exactly at scheduled time. Both were installed and connected in less than 30 minutes . They explained the how it works and guide lines to operate and maintain them. in less than 30 minutes. Great work done professionally. Very much Appreciated.

Washer & dryer were delivered& installed. They even swept the area , & placed new units there. Explained all features& operation. Hauled of box& old units. Friendly crew. They were not in a rush.

I got a nice couple of guys for my installation, they were carefull and did the job quick only thing I had to bring them back again at another day to adjust the stability of the washer in the fast spining mode, I would have done it my self if I knew how simple it was.also the follow up calls was an assome thing to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Thumbs up

Great clean install, hoses installed backwards. Install was nice and quick, washer works great. Although I noticed warm water draining during cold cycles, noticed hoses were installed backwards. Other than that, great quick install!

The guys took care of removing my old washing machine and installing the new. They did a very good job.

The crew of two was wonderful and very trustworthy. They even had to drain the washing machine being replaced but had no problem accomplishing this for me. Also, they gave me lots of info about my new washer.
