Upon ordering an LG washer, I followed instructions and purchased the items posted that were necessary for installation. Upon delivery there were no hoses and no explanation from the installer. I contacted a Customer Service representative who assured me that I read the information correctly and Best Buy had not included the hoses in the information. He corrected the situation but, unfortunately, I have to wait again for a new delivery date.. The representative stated that he will correct the online information so this problem does not reoccur. Best Buy personnel are very attentive and work diligently to make sure customers are satisfied. I am most grateful.

This washer does a good job cleaning. However the installers from Best Buy switched the hoses attachments So that instead of cold water, hot water was coming out. This was not good for my clothes. Seems like a very rookie mistake when it says attachment for hot water on the back! This was a new home and I called the plumber thinking there was an issue with the house!

The delivery truck came up the driveway and quickly unloaded and unboxed our new LG washer. The driver and his assistant picked up the washer and carried it into our laundry room. The driver then installed the hose kit and pushed the washer into it's spot. He activated the water lines and began a cycle on the washer. He showed me the various controls of the washer. They were very courteous and removed all the packaging materials.

My delivery men were very polite and knowledgeable. They were very familiar with the product and did the installation properly.

We used Geek Squad to deliver/install our washer/dryer set and they arrived on time and were finished quickly. Very professional and showed me basics on how to use the new set.

They were in and out in 15 minutes. That included instal of new machines into a basement with steep stairs, and taking the old machines with them. They were very friendly as well

The two guys who installed my washing machine were professional and fast. Everything was explained to me and they did not leave a mess. I was very impressed with them.
