The crew that installed the washer and dryer were top notch. They moved with a purpose, disposed of the old washer and dryer and installed the new ones. They suggested repositioning the washer and dryer to allow for better and more efficient movement between the machines. They explained the basic functions of each machine and physically showed us how to operate them. All-in-all, it may have been the best installation we've experienced. I would highly recommend this crew. Thanks guys.

The installer did a great job hooking up the washer, although lacked on the steam dryer (separate review). Tested and no leaks, washer worked without a hitch.

Our drivers/installers were great! They waited patiently while the landlord and I removed part of the door trim as the unit would not quite fit in the room where we were installing it. They did not want us to damage the door or the new units and I appreciated that. I highly recommend them. They also were very careful about removing the old unit and somehow they had NO trouble getting my old stackable out in one piece when it took me and three guys to bring it up the stairs when we moved in...and we had to take it apart to get it in!!! These two guys were great! This review is the same for the washer and dryer that I purchased.

I received a call a out 10 minutes before their artival. Jie Hartison eadily hit tge wSher in abd set it up. He took me through the operations and answered all of my questions. Joe Harrison is a great representative for Best Buy. He was courteous, well informed, efficient and personable. He was a good listener and achieved everything quickly. Thanks, Joe! You made this so easy and love my new Samsung washing machine.
