Definitely would recommend this!!! They came with my washer and dryer and hooked everything up and I was ready to wash in an hour.

Water supply lines were dripping at the connections. Discharge hose was a poorly done connection of 2 different hoses that were hose clamped together at both soft ends, and the clamp at the washer was halfway off the NPT fitting. The washer was also left unleveled. Awful that i paid $65 for this disservice that i had to immediately fix. Also, i already had stainless lines, yet best buy charged me for new, and the old lines were not left, so i have no idea if they used mine or the new ones.

Installation was not great. The installers left the washer visibly unleveled - and the lead guy condescendingly told me that the floor was uneven and that the washer would self-correct. I ended up putting wood blocks underneath the front leveler legs myself. And they left the drain hoses in the middle of my laundry tub; I couldn’t use the tub until a handyman friend moved the hoses behind it. I would think that the installers would have thought to do that.

The installation crew not only arrived as promised, but the installation was quick and left the worksite clean. Also do a good job of explaining the product functionality.

The first time the crew came to install the machine, they bent one of the tubes we purchased from Best Buy. Our apartment complex said that It was a fire hazard cuz the lint can accumulate there. So I called Best Buy, they brought me a new tube and reinstalled the machine. Just make sure that your apartment complex reviews the installation. If you have an issue, Best Buy is accesible and will not charge you extra if the installation was not done properly.

Washer/dryer combo, takes a long time to wash and dry but worth every penny.
