Best Buy's installation team came in and installed my new Maytag Washer. Love the professionalism and the way they handled everything from start to finish. Great job!

The guys brought in the new washer, installed it, and checked to make sure it worked. They explained its use and made sure everything was ready to go. Polite and helpful.

I had a washer and dryer delivered and installed in December. Both are set up well and work great. The two guys that installed them were very fast and friendly too.

The guys showed up promptly and disconnected my old unit fine. They weren’t too savvy of my washer details when I asked questions. The sales agent on the phone neither had answers and just said to ask the delivery personnel. Couldn’t give answers about wifi details, didn’t know about the steam feature and didn’t know that it has an internal heater for steam. The female was no help either since she stated that my Android won’t work well with the LG app, and while I’m holding my Apple iPad Air 4 in my hand. Any questions I had, came the same answer look in the app. They started a wash cycle, checked for leaking hoses and such. Walked out and left in two minutes before the spin cycle started. They never adjusted the feet, and the spin cycle started to shake the machine. I had to get down and screw down the feet to settle the rumbling walking machine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. After installation they showed me the basics & answered any questions.

Best Buy folks came to install my washing machine. They did a good job and were aware of what to ask. There was nothing special and installation was on the first floor.

Always a joy to have someone deliver and hook up your washer. The removal of the old washer to the curb is a bonus.

This is my second time purchasing this line of washer. My last washer lasted 10 years which is an average life span. I am pleased with its performance.
