very fast, clean and polite

Tremendous load capacity

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.installation without a problem except they charged me for new hoses on the receipt but they used the existing hoses for install.. i personally do not care that they used the old hoses but feel like the $ 29.99 i was charged for the hoses should have been refunded to me since they did not use them nor did they leave them with me so that i could return them

High Tech Set Up on Your Own

All trash was taken with them. However, they did not give any instruction on how to operate the washer or dryer and as part of set up we had to balance both items. IMO this should have been part of the initial set up.
