The first washer installed was not the one I ordered. The installers, Joe and Connor were VERY courteous and helpful in resolving the issue, telling us how to go about exchanging it for the on we ordered, and assuring us we could use the one they'd just installed until the right one was delivered. The second washer was delivered in as week, and again, the installer was efficient and very courteous about removing the first and installing the replacement. He gave very clear preliminary instructions as to how to use the machine.

The installers were very courteous by calling me 30 minutes prior to their arrival to inform me of their ETA. Upon arrival they were very careful with the washer and not to bump any walls or furniture. They installed my washer quickly and properly and even started the first wash cycle for me. I was very pleased.

Wow! They came on time and worked well as a team. The washer was properly installed and it was no hassle at all for me. They came, delivered, installed and hauled off the packing material (and old washer) in about 11 minutes.

Great guys, very nice, fast and good at moving stuff around. Super attitudes. The water drainage hose was cut too short, though, and another issue with drainage. But the installation was perfect. I am t totally confident in his work.

Because of holiday, the delivery was delayed. I had to waited for 4hrs from scheduled time. However, one they came they put all together very fast. Nice people and tested the machin working properly before they leave.

Two guys came to install my new washer. They moved the old one outside for me. They were very knowledgeable about the new washer. They got it set up and tested in no time. They showed me how to use it. They answered all my questions very well. I thoroughly enjoyed having them deliver it.

Best Buy delivery is great, no complaints. I have had a refrigerator and washer/dryer combo delivered and installed. The guys I had the pleasure of working with had excellent communication. No issues with delivery, no damage to appliances or surrounding areas. They install and check that everything works properly, and they do it quickly and efficiently.

Best Buy contracts a third party to deliver appliances. It won’t be the same company for each delivery so I’m sure others’ experiences with this service will vary. The guys who delivered my washer and dryer were super friendly, helpful, and quick to install. My only complaint was that they arrived over an hour after the delivery window with no phone call to tell us of the delay. Not a huge issue for me since it was a Saturday and I was home for most of the day, but I can see this being a problem for someone with a tight schedule. I realize Best Buy is relying on the third party to notify them of a delay but maybe there could be a better system to prevent it from happening or to notify the customer before or at the beginning of the delivery window.
