Delivery and installation went very quickly and very smoothly. The workmen were pleasant, friendly, and very professional.

The installation team was very professional. They did the job correctly the first time and showed me what I needed to operate the installed washing machine. I felt like they really liked their job and took pride in their work. So much better than many other big box outsourced delivery teams. If something were the same price at another option (say an Orange or Blue themed store), I would chose Best Buy just for their delivery service team not being outsourced.

Delivery people set up, and leveled new washer. Took out old one as well. They were in and out in about a half hour. And were here with in the time frame i was told.

The Installation guys are pretty good at installing both the dryer and washer! Thumbs up and they are pretty careful with what they are doing also!

It was good because is working very well until today.

The 1st crew that came was very nice. They only had to drop it off. The 2nd crew that came to exchange the washer did great with one exception, they hit the cable line that went to my neighbors house which ripped the line and box off the side of their brick house but didnt tell anyone. They parked 3 doors down but i didnt know at the time. It wasnt until reviewing camera footage later that we figured it out.

Professional and courteous installers. Showed up on time, installed the machine and ensured it was working. Hauled away all the packing materials.

I understand the marketing idea of "Geeks", but these guys were so much more. Polite, quick and efficient, and got the job done right. Very well done.

This purchase started as a nightmare, the samsung originally purchased did not perform well. We upgraded to an LG and had problems with it vibrating to the point it almost danced over the laundry room floor. The installation crew, Ryan and Hector came worked hard replaced this washer 2 times they were phenomenal worked hard on all occasions for several hours to solve the problem. They never once complained and were always upbeat assuring us that they would solve the problem and they did. We cannot say how grateful we were for their services. I would give them both a plus 5 rating.

The installation team was quick and very careful in doing my install. They went the extra mile in making my stacking washer and dryer set up easy.

Arrived on time. The first installation went OK, but weren't able to install the side loading washer and dryer so their two door opened outward for easy transfer of clothing from wash to the dryer. Claimed gas hose was to short. Required a second installation visit to rectify, but second installation crew had no problem reversing the units with the same gas hose!

Highly recommend tacking this onto your washer/dryer purchase. They communicate well, come on time, and are good and fast.
