I would recommend Best Buy to anybody they have always been great at least in my area. They did a great job installing and leveling my washing machine.

Installation guys arrived on time. Were courteous throughout the installation. Provided do and ensured that the product is installed properly to my satisfaction.

Front loading LG washing machine was delivered and installed by two installers. Very polite and efficient, hooked up everything right! Everything works great!

Oh man, I’m rating them a 2 because they got the job done. If you’re capable just do it yourself. I’m so glad my boyfriend was able to be at my home to help me with this while I was at work. These guys are definitely getting paid by the hour. He had to help them do the install. They wouldn’t touch the hoses. Tried to take my pedestal from the existing washer! My boyfriend had to stop them because they tried to leave with it! They said “sorry man, it’s already on the truck” to which he told them “sorry man, you’re just gonna have to get it off the truck!” He had to take it off the washer. They wouldn’t do it. HE had to reinstall it onto our new washer truly defeating the purpose of us PAYING for delivery and install. Obviously, a little frustrating.

They had amazing manners and they got my washer out and my new one put in very quickly and made sure everything was working the way it should be!

Installation was quick and installers were prompt and professional.

The delivery installation men were extremely polite and professional. My only complaint is that on the sales slip it was written in two spots to please give me 1/2 hour before arrival as I was not living in the house at the time, and that did not happen, they only gave me 15 minutes. I had to beg them not to leave, which they said no worries, we're just pulling up at the house now we still have to unload and unpack the units. That stressed me out because I told the person that called me with my estimated time that I needed 1/2 hour to get to the house. Thank goodness it all ended well.
