they came in told who they were then they brought the washer and hooked them up job well done

Delivery guys whom installed washer were great but the salesman was not very knowledgeable. Had we known the washer only plugged into the dryer we would have not bought it.

The two delivery guys that came out to my place were incredible very knowledgeable about products

Installers were punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

The install of washer was done by delivery man however the dryer was not installed because we needed an “LP conversion kit” which is really just a brass valve. Even so the delivery man said “ he doesn’t do that we would have to call the store. Which we did and then waited 3 week plus had to pay $229. For install They should have given us the option to check a box for propane, ( the box they have says only gas or electric! The purchase specs said the dryer comes with the LP kit but it didn’t.

Friendly and proficient. Old washer was was hauled away and new one installed quickly.

Best Buy finally sent 2 guys to reinstall and adjusted my washer and dryer. They were very good and professional. The first two guys that came to install my washer and dryer were so lazy and unprofessional that they basicly just drop the washer and dryer into the laundry room. They also refused to take the boxes the washer and dryer came in.

I was completely satisfied with the installation.The gentlemen that installed the machine were friendly, courteous, and very professional while installing the washer.

The individuals who came to my house to install my washing machine were friendly and professional, arrived on time and performed their duties quickly and efficently.

Installers arrived when promised and were efficient, polite, and personable. Answered my questions, and waited through a short cycle to make sure the washer worked.

The washer and dryer were excellent poor second installers, They had to install washer where dryer should go because they didn’t have reverse dryer door on the delivery order, that crushed the drain hose on the washer. So they had to set up another date to reverse the dryer door and put the washer and dryer in the proper spots, but they scratched the top of the dryer and put a gouge in the drywall.

The Installers were very nice, worked quickly, and well together. I would love to be able to request them if I buy anything else that needs installation.

We purchased a new washer and dryer, and had them delivered and setup, and the old appliances removed. Our appliances were delivered in a timely manner. The installers were courteous and efficient. They were careful moving the appliances through the house. The setup job was done correctly the first time. We were given a short training course on using the new appliances, which was very helpful because this was our first experience with energy efficient washers and dryers. We were very happy with their work. They made us feel good about our choice to make our purchase at Best Buy.

Love this washing machine and easy to load a little deep for a short person but overall is good
