Clueless Installation Installers

It was stated I would have to call a plumber to fix my valves because they were not able to stop the water flow ,which was minimal. Already this was a second attempt delivery/install as because the first time they gave me a time slot the night before work that was 12 hours then 4 hours only to arrive and not allow me time to come from work they left and I had to reschedule and call off from work an entire day dues to uncertainty of time. I approach my landlord about the plumbing suggestions and they sent maintenance to observe. Turned out to be that the main water is connected to the water heater and that will in turn shut ALL water off. Since they left the washer machine in my living room to satisfy delivery, I was offered by maintenance to complete the install. It was complete within 15. minutes. I would recommend more experienced runners. Overall the product is working just fine no complaints. Thanks maintenance

They worked with us to solve installations problems. However, stacking kit was not on the truck, which complicated things a lot. (We ended up going with side-by-side configuration.) Machine was not properly leveled.
