Quick installation

The first installation went OK, but weren't able to install the side loading washer and dryer so their two door opened outward for easy transfer of clothing from wash to the dryer. Claimed gas hose was to short. Required a second installation visit to rectify, but second installation crew had no problem reversing the units with the same gas hose!

The Best of Best Buy

I would also like to compliment the support staff, especially Sergie. There were two others whose names I cannot remember who helped in the scheduling issue I had because of a funeral. One started with E and a woman started with A.
