Outside delivery and set up company. Two guys were courteous and efficient. Got it done quickly. Took old washer out and installed new one in tight space. I wish the delivery scheduling intervals were two hours instead of four hours. They came at the very end of the four hours.

Installation was quick and on time. Communication by the installers was excellent and the guys did a great job installing the washer.

It was quick and easy and all done with a half an hour which is amazing.

The washer install was the best EVER. The guys from PTG logistics were very responsible and professional. They reviewed the area to prepare, took great care of the merchandise from the truck to the house through a tight doorway, gave me inspection time, talked with me about every step, summarized the functionality, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. It was perfect. Very impressive! BB needs this kind of 3rd-party service for every product installation.

The installation of my washer was professional and quick. The scheduling side doesnt have the best communication, but the service was great.

The install was multiple days since the washer was damaged by a fork lift, then when the new one came it started leaking. The hose to the washer was damaged

Washer install was quick. My only issue is that the installer didn’t leave the accessories that came with the washer. I think they should have a checklist of things to leave behind with the customer.

This washer is very convenient due to the two washers (upper/lower). The lower for larger loads and the upper is very useful especially with little ones, I often use the upper washer if they have a spill of food and their clothes gets dirty . Or if I just don’t have that big of a load I use the top one. The lower washer is also very nice and large. I also like the steam/sanitize option especially during this pandemic it is nice to be able to sanitize our clothes. Overall a great washer the only downside was the wait to get a fully functioning washer which was about 2 months from in store purchase and 2 attempted deliveries.

Guys were there early, had the right tools and were out in about 30 minutes. Very professional.

Best Buy delivery is great, no complaints. I have had a refrigerator and washer/dryer combo delivered and installed. The guys I had the pleasure of working with had excellent communication. No issues with delivery, no damage to appliances or surrounding areas. They install and check that everything works properly, and they do it quickly and efficiently.
