Great service from Best Buy and Geek Squad

Very friendly and helpful. I wish you carried a better selection of Epson XP 424 ink. When the servicemen installed my washer they both spoke good English. I was excited about that

Their delivery was such a joke, they didn't show up on time, didn't communicate and lied about the delivery. It was so bad that I returned my items (because of the delivery) and came to best buy (where I should have started in the 1st place). My purchase was painless and I was able to chose my delivery date AND time. The deliver team called before showing up, and showed up right on time! They were quick and cleaned up in no time. They hooked everything up and were on their way. Pleasant experience.
