Workers were professional, quiet, and fast. Great at their job

Delivery guys were very conscientious and super careful about not bumping anything along the way when the carried the old unit out and the new unit in -- very impressed as these washers are over 200# and my stairways quite narrow! Had all the needed tools -- including a level. Left everything all clean when they left. Super quick. Did wish that the delivery window was smaller and that you got updates about when the delivery was actually arriving once the route was started.

people were nice, but as usual, there's always something new that you need to "buy" when they come or your washer will not be able to be installed. and these adds on are not cheap. other than that, they were pro and very efficient

The washer installation crew was kind and efficient. They removed the old machine and after hook up made sure the area was clean and that washer was working.

It'd great! Glad I purchased Dryer died and since the washer is old decided to go ahead and purchase new to match the dryer. Installation was fast and great.

Sorry I didn't get thier names. But the delivery men and install went above and beyond to help. They were very professional and an asset to your company. I was moving and the washer/dryer originally was being delivered to the wrong address ( my fault ). But the driver and installer ( after speaking with ne to let me know they are on the way ), seen that the real address was only 3 miles away and delivered and installed in the new place. Thank you!!
