Quick and Easy Installation

It was nice not having to get the washer and dryer into the house and down into the cellar. After the hookup was complete, it took quite a while for the washer to start filling up the bin with water (apparently it takes several minutes the very first time you turn it on). The installer did not know this and told me that I should contact customer service. 30 seconds after they left the water started. All is good.

They wouldn't give up!

The drain hose was too short, but so was the one on the washer being replaced. The hose didn't fit the extension hose no matter how much the guys tried. The end of the hose got crushed trying to make it fit. Finally, after over an hour, they got it to fit after the guys cut the damaged end off the hose and cannibalized on old hose from an old washer on the truck, then all was well. Old fashioned American ingenuity!
