Even with running late they were great

They tried to contact me through the store and home because my telephone was taken wrong. I told them no worries I understood and they were very surprised because many of the others they delivered for were either mean or very angry (These guys had there vehicle break down at the warehouse). They still had more deliveries but were very appreciative that at this delivery, me just being understanding and kind helped. With all that happened prior they still were great, professional and friendly.

The problem was is that the store had not included all the items needed to complete the job and I ended up doing it myself as I wasn't going to wait continued delays to get rescheduled for the task
