Delivery and installation (into basement laundry room) were ontime and efficient. I thought they did a great job. Install is one of the reasons I buy from Best Buy and I was not disappointed

I had a great experience shopping and buying my LG Washer Front loader! I could not be happier! This washer is excellent! I’ve washed blankets, comforters and clothes, towels and everything has washed wonderfully and no leaking or getting off balance like my previous washing machine by Samsung which was a nightmare washer!!! LG is top notch quality. So thankful to have a washer run right with no issues as of yet. Had washer for about two months.

We were informed by email as to approximate time of arrival showing a 4-hour time frame. Then we were given a 10-minute time of arrival notice. My husband was the person who did the purchasing and was the person in attendance for the installation. This worked out okay because I checked the computer entry. My husband, however, does not do anything with the computer, so it might be good for someone to check on the best way to inform customers, perhaps when the purchase is made. Once that was over, the installation went very well. The men were quick and efficient.

The installation of my washing machine was very handled very well. There were phone calls to schedule the arrival. Once there, the guys had to unhook and move the old units. They were quick and efficient as well as friendly and professional. They took a lot of care in unloading and moving the new machines into place. Once installed, they made sure I knew how to use the machine. AND they cleaned up all the mess!!

The installers were very sweet and nice, they knew what to do and the washing machine was carefully installed.

The Best Buy installation team had the old machine out and the new installed in no time. They were extremely professional and even spent a few minutes showing us how to operate the machine.

They guy install my Washer a tested it in 30 minutes. It was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was install around 9am. I had clean clothes by 12noon.

Installation was great. Large capacity washer. After some initial noise during the spin cycle, it seems to be running very well.

Okay, we are installing a new LG front loading washer to a pedestal. You have to first haul away the old one then bring in the new one. Attach it to the hot and cold water lines and we are done. This is not brain surgery or rocket science. So why all the hoopla? These guys were terrific. They were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. My old Samsung washer was installed 7 years apparently with the water lines reversed! This was corrected. The leaks at the faucet were repaired. Now my new washer is correctly installed. If you get your washer from the Reynoldsburg Ohio Best Buy you are lucky. I cannot vouch for any other Best Buy installers.

The two men who brought me my new Samsung washer were amazing. They were like clock work. Prompt and professional,one unwrapped the product while the other surveyed how they would bring the washer into the house. One did the installation while the other cleaned up the packaging material, these two knew what they were doing and wasted no time. I appreciate that. They are a true asset to the Best buy company.

The installation team was the best I've ever experienced. They were on time, efficient, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy, and fast. It was a tight fit, and they made it look easy. They were friendly, and they absolutely knew how to do things the right way, including taking away my old machine. I would recommend this team anytime for anything! Fabulous and excellent service!!!

Very professional, was kept in the loop on delivery time right up to the arrival. They were in and out and did a nice job. Also answered all of my questions. They hauled away my old washer. Hope Best Buy keeps hiring these guys...they did a nice job.

If I could give the guys who came to our house 6 stars I would. So efficient, helpful and professional. Very good service. My window was 7am to 7pm. They called at 7 and were done long before 8.
