Did a great job on removal and getting the washer in place. Very professional but they did switch the hot and cold hoses which I fixed easily but was annoyed at first.

Installation was fast and efficient. The technicians followed mask regulations and were courteous enough to check the products by running a test cycle before they left. Sometimes it's good to just save the effort and any headache.

The 2-person crew that delivered and installed my new washer and took away the old one did a fantastic job. Fast and efficient. No problems with water hookups. Also gave me time to clean the laundry room floor before putting the new washer in. Thanks!

This product was installed in November 2024. The installers were very professional. To date, the product has performed very well, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend Best Buy Installation.

I was a little skeptical when purchasing a Samsung washer but after using it. It turned out to be a great purchase. It’s quiet and cleans clothes relatively well. I haven’t tried large items like a comforter but everything else seems fine. Have had any problems. Installation was well done. I had a small entry way for where the washer was going to be located but the installers were able to work around it with a little extra elbow grease.

Great job on the washer installation, They were on time, neat and quick. Loved having the option of having best buy offer this and not having to call a plumber and wait for them. It was delivered and installed in one shot. Thanks!!

Washer was installed quickly and properly. I especially appreciated the extra effort that was put in to not scratch our walls or damage wood floors even when moving the item up stairs.

Had new washer and dryer installed. Previously had new fridge and chest freezer delivered and installed by Best Buy with no issues. Was concerned because our washer and dryer hookups are located upstairs and we have somewhat tight interior stairwell with a 90 degree angle. Last washer I purchased was years ago with another store and they had a challenge getting the washer up the stairs. Our movers at the time had to help them. Fast forward to present, and the Best Buy installers had zero issues moving the old washer and dryer away and installing the new ones with the stairs. Very friendly and on time with window calling us when they were a few mins away. Was up and running in about 30 mins.

This process has been frustrating. My washer and dryer were delivered and to be in stalled 9 days ago. That installer said the washer needed to be reordered because he could not pull a plug off and that I needed a special attachment for my dryer vent. Done to the reorder, the earliest they could schedule to come back was 9 days later. This crew found no issue with the washer and pulled the plug out with no problem, not needing to use the reordered washer. The dryer in fact did not need a special attachment and was installed. I’m rating 5 stars for the last installers, definitely not the first!

The crew of two was wonderful and very trustworthy. They even had to drain the washing machine being replaced but had no problem accomplishing this for me. Also, they gave me lots of info about my new washer.

The Best Buy delivery and installation team provide outstanding customer service support for removal and installation of washer and dryer. They arrived on time and complete the removal and installation of washer, dryer and pedestals in less than and hour and half. Their professionalism was excellent and expertise on installing the product were great. I would recommend that team for their excellence in. Job well done and I am very happy with my purchase and installation. I will recommend Best Buy’s to all my family and friends.

We love our new washer and dryer. It is greatly improved over our former LG W/D and runs so quietly and efficiently. My husband loves it so much, he has taken over the laundry duties from me. No complaints there!

This was a negative installation experience of a washing machine. The window provided was 12:30-4:30. I was about to join a one-on-one work meeting at 10:55am when I got a text message that the washing machine was about to arrive - causing me to need to reschedule my meeting! The highest priority of the installation people seemed to be speed. They were not careful, jamming the washing machine into the pan in the closet, not taking care to not dislodge the pan from its drain, and even trying to push the washing machine through the open bi-fold door seeming not to notice that it was there! Then they had me sign off to confirm they had completed a checklist. I noted that they had not leveled the washing machine nor had they demonstrated its use as indicated on the checklist. Installation guy responds, "It's in the pan, so it's level." (Huh? What does it being in the pan have to do with it being level. It was not level.) And "I gave you the instruction manual." (This is considered the same as a demonstration??) In the end, the washing machine was installed, not leveled and with some damage to the bi-fold door and a wall in my home. So lesson learned. I will not select Best Buy for appliance installations in the future.

super late here but the technicians did a great job installing my washer and dryer . They arrived on time , were professional and were very careful . 2 years later my washer is running like new .
