The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and respectful of my property. It was a pleasant experience.

Delivery guys were very conscientious and super careful about not bumping anything along the way when the carried the old unit out and the new unit in -- very impressed as these washers are over 200# and my stairways quite narrow! Had all the needed tools -- including a level. Left everything all clean when they left. Super quick. Did wish that the delivery window was smaller and that you got updates about when the delivery was actually arriving once the route was started.

The crew arrived on time. They wore masks and were completely professional. They installed the washer, connected the hoses, checked for leaks, then started the washer - confirming the hoses were correctly connected. I could not ask for a better installation. I had already put the old washer at the curb - they said placement at the curb was included in their service. I had moved it but this old man worked HARD to get it there. I know better for next time!

Entire installation only took around 20 minutes from getting it off the truck to full installation and testing. Very satisfied

They installed my new LG washer with great care, provided excellent instructions and performed a test to make sure everything worked properly.

The delivery guys were great. The drain hose was too short, but so was the one on the washer being replaced. The hose didn't fit the extension hose no matter how much the guys tried. The end of the hose got crushed trying to make it fit. Finally, after over an hour, they got it to fit after the guys cut the damaged end off the hose and cannibalized on old hose from an old washer on the truck, then all was well. Old fashioned American ingenuity!
