Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two gentlemen did a very good job, moving my washer into the basement slowly down the stairs, being careful of the washer & the woodwork. They put it in place, hooked it up, and checked to make sure all was ready to go. The one thing that would help would be for Best Buy to supply them with a proper appliance dolly (like you get from UHaul) that has a strap and the rubber tracks on the uprights for moving up and down stairs.
