Installation went well. Installers were very nice and installed appliances without issue.

The delivery was within the two-hour window. I was glad to see the delivery men carry the washing machine through the side yard, and around the back of the house without rolling over or touching the ground. I have three dogs who leave little surprises in the yard throughout the day, and the washing machine was kept two feet above the ground at all times. The installers were quick and left the room clean. They assured me that my existing hose was in good condition, so I was able to take the new hoses back for a refund! I really appreciate that!!

Service technicians were amazing and I wish I remembered his name. He was very friendly professional, and got the job done quick.

The installers never showed up for my first appointment, and I received no phone call. When I called, I found out that the installers apparently were in a car accident. At first they suggested that I wait another 4 days, but I wasn't having that. They did show up the next day, and the installers that came were very fast, efficient and nice. Happy ending.
